The company is an independent business of Chartered Building Surveyors which commenced trading in April 2001.
We provide a full range of professional Building Surveying services to the Residential, Commercial and Industrial property markets throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland including all the market towns or villages throughout and to the edges of the surrounding counties.
These services include Valuations, House Purchase and Valuation Reports and Building Surveys, Architectural works and other specialist services including Expert Witness Reports as outlined and described on the following pages.

The Managing Director founded the company on the principle of providing sound professional advice at an affordable cost. This is based on a one-to-one relationship between the Managing Director and his clients.
The company recognises that Quality Assurance is a principal factor in achieving the high level of customer satisfaction essential for business growth.
In meeting this objective the company is committed to the implementation and on going maintenance of a quality management system to the latest edition of ISO 9001:2008.

David was born and educated in the Midlands before studying and completing his Building Surveying degree at Liverpool Polytechnic (now the John Moores University) in 1988 including a ‘sandwich’ year at Warrington Health Authority.
He qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1991 whilst working for a small practice in Buckinghamshire, and has subsequently been employed by a number of companies, including a period with one of the largest surveying practices in the country.
He now has over 30 years of experience providing Building Surveying Services to clients of all sizes and from all walks of life.
He set up the company in April 2001 to provide a broad range of professional Building Surveying Services to the property markets in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
David has gained a broad range of experience in both the residential and commercial property markets, covering all aspects of property design, construction, maintenance or repair.
