No Project Too Big Or Too Small

We receive instructions for wide variety of property inspections throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland on buildings of all types, styles and ages.

Frequent instructions include Residential Valuations, House Purchase Reports (similar to an RICS Homebuyer Report) and Building Surveys or defect diagnosis reports for specific problems such as dampness or structural movement.

We also receive instructions to act a Party Wall Surveyor either for teh Building Owner, the Adjoining Owner or as an Agreed Surveyor for both Owners.

Other instructions include Civil Procedure Rule (CPR) section 35 compliant reports for legal claims including disputed boundary positions and allegedly defective or incomplete building works.
