Planned Maintenance

Whether you are a Landlord or a Tenant you will have responsibility for maintaining various parts of your property.

Most people deal with defects on a “firefighting” basis which can prove to be both disruptive and expensive.

Planning maintenance work and redecoration over, say, a 5 to 10-year rolling programme can reduce the disruption caused and expense involved in keeping your property in good condition.

A properly planned programme also allows you to budget for expensive works and draws repairs in one area of the property together instead of being carried out on an “ad-hoc” basis as required.
